Finding time to rest for most people is a challenge. Few people can afford to take long or frequent vacations. Some people can hardly take a weekend off at times. And as for each and every day we also have so many demands that we are forced to make choices that leave us with little time to rest.
Learning to rest, to be still and be at peace, seems like a privilege at times. Yet it is something that is a must for us to be victorious. If you feel like a rat caught in a maze or the mouse stuck on the proverbial treadmill you are not alone. But God our father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ both have provided us with rest. If you need a break, if you want to learn to be restful throughout your days, give a listen.
