Someone who says....

• “You don’t need to repent.”
• “You don’t need to be baptized.”
• “It does not matter how you are baptized.”
• “You don’t need the Holy Ghost.”
• “You don’t need to live righteous.”
• “God does not care how you dress.”
• “God does not care if you give and tithe.”

....  they ERR not KNOWING the scripture.
