Description

Isa 55:7-9  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.  (8)  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  (9)  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Pro 14:12-14  There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.  (13)  Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness.  (14)  The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.

Mat 2:10-12  When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.  (11)  And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.  (12)  And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.

Mat 17:24-27  And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute?  (25)  He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?  (26)  Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free.  (27)  Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

Gen 6:12-15  And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.  (13)  And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.  (14)  Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.  (15)  And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

Gen 41:28-30  This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh.  (29)  Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:  (30)  And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land

Gen 41:33-36  Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.  (34)  Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.  (35)  And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.  (36)  And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine.
