Description

Eph 6:10  Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Php 4:13  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Act 2:41  Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

1Tim 4:1  Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Luke 14:26  If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Luke 19:45-46  And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;  (46)  Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Act 24:14  But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:

Dan 3:15-18  Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?  (16)  Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.  (17)  If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.  (18)  But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will
not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up
.

Act 4:15-20  But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,  (16)  Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.  (17)  But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.  (18)  And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in
the name of Jesus
.  (19)  But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.  (20)  For we cannot but speak
the things which we have seen and heard.
