Cathy and Taylor discuss step 2 of the "Charactered Path"- Seek Truth. Truth is broken down into capitol “T” truths and small “t” truths. They examine the difference between them and why understanding that difference is so important.
Exercise: Identify 5-10 experiences that have been most damaging to you in your life. Write down your age, what happened, and what you learned from it. Now list 5-10 of your most positive experiences along with your age. Notice the highs and lows and reflect on the impact of those experiences in making you who you are today.
