Like many of you, my heart broke again hearing the news about another mass shooting.
As a former school teacher, learning that 19 students and two teachers were murdered at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX, was particularly upsetting. It begs the question, “Why does this keep happening?”
I’ve struggled to try and find the words to accurately express what I am feeling and how to connect this to your mid-career and leadership journey. In this week’s episode, I share some thoughts and action steps with you, especially to lift teachers who tirelessly and compassionately give themselves every day to make a greater impact and an even bigger difference.
