In my typical fashion, I put the mic too close to the speakers and was blaring at full volume so I'm sorry for the ear beating in some parts. I think it's at least listenable enough to justify putting it out, so here you go. I'm no rocket surgeon, it should be a wonder of the world that I've made it this far, so give me some slack for this episode and forever really.
