In this episode, I had the joy of talking with my dear friend, Friederike Peters. When I see her, the first word that comes to me is Radiance. She has a quality to herself that illuminates the places and conversations she inhabits. She is a singer and a coach and we talked about her recent experience on a Vipassana retreat and the medicine that it had for her. We also riffed on the voice as a powerful translator and amplifier of frequency and about the integration she is currently undergoing where singing and coaching will birth a potent new offering she is excited to share with us.
