Canadian-born, Obama-appointed US Federal Judge Sara Ellis has gone full estrogenically hysterical and ordered US Border Chief Greg Bovino to appear personally before her and explain why he purportedly violated her court order forbidding Bovino to deploy tear gas against protestors.
The problem for Judge Ellis? First, this unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, district trial court judge lacks the authority to micromanage the Article II Executive Branch border patrol. Second, her order could not and did not prohibit the border patrol from deploying tear gas in lawful self-defense—and in this event with Bovino, that’s exactly why the tear gas was deployed.
