I am sharing a practice I do daily in my own self-healing efforts. It uses HEAL as an acronym to open up the dialogue between our pain and our Hearts. Honor / Enquire / Allow / Love yourself back into alignment when you feel overwhelmed, anxious or about to 'unravel'. It can be used as a longer meditation session or simplified into a short emotional check-in and I hope it gives you a tool that has helped me over the last few years get to know my emotional body.
