026. How often do you take time to acknowledge and celebrate yourself and your wins? When’s the last time you acknowledged a little victory? So often it can be difficult for us to see our progress because we tend to focus on our shortcomings instead of celebrating our successes, even the small ones. In today’s episode we are celebrating ALL the wins. I give 4 reasons for you to celebrate taking imperfect action and baby steps, and lay out the 5-step process that allows you to recognize and celebrate victories. Acknowledging progress and achievements brings us joy and motivation. So that’s what we’re doing! I am pumping you up and giving you permission to celebrate your wins, large and small!
