Back to business again!! Coach E and the fellas have a very special pod lined up for you. In this pod, we have the owner of the Voltage Gym in Cleveland Heights, OH, Philly Weeden (@PhillyWeeden). In this sit down, Philly opens up and gets candid about his life journey and an array of topics from health, fitness and being a boss. We tell the hilarious story of how this isn't our first time interviewing him (04:50). Then, Philly & Coach  share their training stories to help us in "Gettin' To Know Coach E" (05:45).

Then, Philly speaks on his journey of finding himself and his purpose through his humble beginnings in the fitness game at Bally Total Fitness to chasing his football dream in the AFL to making the decision to enlist in the Army and participate in the Iraq War (12:05). After that, we get into being a boss (24:16). Philly gives advice, speaks on his process and lessons learned along the way. Midway, we make a detour to the different accolades outside of fitness, how he's able to juggle everything and how he ended up on one of Cleveland's dance anthems (37:35). We get back on track to finish the discussion on what it takes to be a good leader and motivate people to get results (43:10). Finally, we talk health: what it takes to become a more fit and healthier person and try to help inspire others to overcome their barriers in making it a  lifestyle (55:30).

Before we get out of here, we play a quick game of rapid fire (1:10:11), and in a twist, Coach E hands the reins to Philly for a brief but powerful  post-game word. (1:15:48).  Coach & Philly drop a ton of game in this one. Sit back and enjoy!
