In the very first episode of A Dog called Diversity, Lisa speakers to Marie-Liesse Calmejane about her son Ulysses. Marie-Liesse’s fourth son Ulysses was born with Achondroplasia, a genetic condition and themost common form ofdwarfism.
He is 7 years old now but we go back to the start, before he was born to understand the diagnosis, his challenges and delights and how being a Mum to a child who is a bit different in the world, is a gift worth savouring.
