For the very first time in the two plus year history of the Bloody Good Film Podcast we are covering one of the Universal Monsters. We had many to choose from but only one that would let us take advantage of the fact that Brendan Fraser is having an epic resurgence in his career. So this week we are talking the original 1932 The Mummy starring Boris Karloff vs the 1999 The Mummy Starring Brendan Fraser.
In this episode we compare and contrast the two films and try to figure out if either or both of them hold up. But we weren't brave enough to do this alone. We are joined by Laura Magee after a long extended absence.
In the end we will have determine once in for all if The Mummy from 1932 and the Mummy from 1999 are Bloody Good Films.
