In today's Aromatic Chat, I get to spend some time chatting with one of my good friends, Jennifer Langsdale of Heaven and Earth Aromatherapy. Jennifer is based out of Ohio, and I had the pleasure of meeting her through our professional work together in the Alliance of International Aromatherapists. She is currently working on her Master's Degree in the Science of Aromatics.
Today, we discuss the stress-disease connection, challenges in working from home, and why Jennifer should be wearing a cape! She also shares a sneak peak about her passions and up-and-coming projects, and as always, shares her three favorite essential oils with us.
