Paddleboarder, filmmaker, writer, beach cleaner, joy encourager and midlife adventurer Jo Moseley joins us this week to chat about navigating grief and finding joy in movement.

After her mother died,  and after experiencing a difficult perimenopause, Jo discovered the benefits of moving for her physical, emotional and mental health.

We talk about her WHY.  What motivated her to do extraordinary things when she found herself in such a dark place.  We chat about how movement can bring a sense of peace and headspace and how it is about SO much more than the weight on the scale.

Jo's short films Finding Joy and Found at Sea have both won awards.
