So you’re at point A and you want to get to point B?
1) Break the big changes down into chunks as small as possible (so small you cant fail)
2) Implement the small changes a few at a time; stack your wins
3) Make it a goal not to miss twice
4) Be patient and compassionate with yourself, find a sustainable pace
5) Reflect and appreciate yourself for the work you’re doing. Notice the small stuff, celebrate the tiny victories.
