Why do I call this podcast the "mindset shift"?
I have so many clients who end up really nailing their macros and movement, but I don’t end up changing their minds… and I have a lot of clients who end up shifting their paradigms, but don’t always see the physical progress in the first few months.
And both these camps come to me and say “Am I failing, coach?” because they see what they’re MISSING rather than what they accomplished.
Failure is NOT your inability to perform or complete a task, it’s your inability to solve a problem. This takes the emotion out of it. It’s about a way of thinking that we need to redirect. You did something with your left brain, it didn’t work, we need to do something with your right brain.
In this episode, we redefine what failure really means and most importantly, how to shift your mindset around it.
