Chores around the house. Exercise. Eating clean. Heck, sometimes even leaving our houses to be social with friends; we are masters at talking ourselves out of anything.

But here’s the thing: Doing nothing is getting us nowhere.

How much further ahead in life would you be if every time you had talked yourself out of doing something you knew you needed to do, instead you would have just done it?
How much more success, wealth, HEALTH, and maybe even happiness would you have? 

What can we do to talk ourselves INTO things rather than out of them?
