Description

With a bit of practice the dopamine-inducing task can grow bigger, but the tasks should be small enough so they can be completed in one go. In time, the larger and harder the task is, the bigger the dopamine rush at the end.

Regardless, it's all about the effort. The more effort that precedes the win the greater the effect on both testosterone and dopamine and as a consequence, the ability to lean into further effort. So you don't "get motivated" - you get to CREATE your own motivation!!!

Remember: The major effect of testosterone and dopamine on the brain is to make effort feel good. That is why even subtle increases in testosterone can be beneficial.
