If you've ever read Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, you'll recall that he addresses humanity's 6 basic fears.
These are things we’re scared of that we keep in our mind that prevent us from becoming successful. "fears are nothing more than states of mind," and that "one's state of mind is subject to control and direction."
In other words, you can avoid them. But, as Hill writes, "Before we can master an enemy, we must know its name, its habits, and its place of abode.”
In last week's episode of the podcast, we took a deeper dive into the Fear of Poverty, Fear of Criticism, and Fear of Ill Heath. This week, we are going to look at the Fear of Ill Health, Fear of Loss of Love, and Fear of Death. We'll define what those fears are, what they mean, and some psychological strategies to overcome them.
