This season of our lives is all about evolution....how we continue to evolve over time. So, I'm evolving and so is this podcast. This podcast is getting a new name, a new look and a new vibe!
I want to build something that empowers women, especially black women, to RECLAIM their POWER, JOY and TIME during menopause so they can build BUSINESSES and gain economic wealth and power to change our communities and make this world a better place. This podcast will support my mission.
We'll still talk about menopause and midlife-ish but lean more into how it affects our livelihoods, how we show up in our work environments and in our business. And I understand not everybody wants to start their own business and that is cool and I'm not trying to push you into doing that because that is a calling. But those of you who do have that calling, we'll also lean more into building businesses and wealth so we as women make a greater impact on our communities.
