Description

Retreats are sexy. Integration is not.

And that’s exactly why most people keep chasing ceremonies, five-gram mushroom trips, and “one more breakthrough”… while their real life stays the same (or gets worse).

Psychedelics can show you what’s out of alignment, but they don’t magically bring it into alignment.

If you don’t change your day-to-day, the medicine just hands you a bigger gap between who you are and who you know you could be.

In this episode, I break down what psychedelic integration actually means (and why it’s the whole game). It’s the unsexy part: ownership, boundaries, choosing your highest self when it’s inconvenient, taking care of your body, cutting the bullshit distractions, and living as the person the medicine introduced you to.

Because psychedelics can plant the feeling (self-love, gratitude, peace) but you still have to embody it.

Otherwise you come home from the retreat and feel more confused, more depressed, and more hopeless than before. I’ve been there.

If you’re working with plant medicine, psychedelics, microdosing, MDMA therapy, ayahuasca, ibogaine, or you’re healing PTSD/CPTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety ... this is the part that determines whether your experience becomes real change or just another story you tell.
