Phil is a father, entrepreneur and jiu jitsu purple belt under the Main brothers at Pure MMA in Rockaway, NJ. My friendship with Phil is a constant source of insight and inspiration that helps shape my path, and I was honored to sit down with him and get some of his wisdom on record.
