Our gut, which was designed by God to be 36ft long, is only one cell thick. This means that the barrier between our outside world and our inside world (our body) is very thin - only one cell thick, in fact.

Unfortunately, the research has shown that when we're under stress, this barrier can become compromised, leading to a leaky gut.

Why is this such a dangerous thing? Well, when we have a leaky gut, undigested proteins can enter our bloodstream, causing inflammation throughout our body. This inflammation can lead to a variety of health problems, including fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, hypothyroidism, brain fog, and fatigue.

So, what does a healthy digestive system look like? You should be having 2-3 bowel movements per day with no constipation, diarrhea, gas, or bloating.

If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, it could be a sign that your gut is leaking.
And if you're under stress, it's even more important to take care of your gut health. So, what's the biggest takeaway here?

You need to figure out why your digestive system isn't working properly. And if you're looking for more information on that, be sure to check out my other videos on the topic.
