I am back from my break and feeling better than ever! Today, I am talking about New Year's Resolutions, how to make goals that stick, and how to make 2022 your year. These past couple of years have been hard for everyone. It's time to take life and make it yours today and every day. The new year is a perfect time to start your goals and really make a difference in your life for YOU.
I love this time of year, a fresh start and time to reevaluate your goals and hone in on what you want and what you don't want. On Hogmanay, I brought in the bells sober, with loved ones after a productive day. I prepared for the new year focusing on my goals and reflecting on 2021 with yoga, mediation, journaling, and cleaning!
