The story so far: Still trapped in a secret underground VHS rental store owned and operated by a mysterious magical mole man, the boys are frantically trying to disarm a bomb that's been ticking for the last week.
This week, Greg, Eric, and Dan are forced to watch a cursed double feature in order to not explode. The first is a notorious serial killer film still banned in multiple countries for its unflinching realism, while the second is a fun-for-the-whole-family slapstick comedy about beavers. The boys discuss camera tricks, nun trauma, cute dogs, nerve-racking sound design, beaver bar brawls, and a few things these two polar-opposite films may actually share in common.
