Barbara Ann Smith, 78 of Thomasville, died Nov. 2, 2025 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She was born Aug. 6, 1947 in Selma to Roy Lee Reid and Lela Lorena Pugh Reid. She was a homemaker and a member of Elam Baptist Church. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Melissa Smith Newton (Woodie) and Jaclyn Smith Pugh (Johnny); four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death is her husband, Robert Andrew Smith; father, Roy Lee Reid and mother, Lela Lorena Pugh Reid.
