Estelle Arlaud is a chef, author, and a world traveller, in permanent wonder of Mother Nature beauty and resilience.
From a very young age, Estelle had three deep attractions: cooking, the sea, and spirituality—always with a strong connection to nature. She grew up in two beautiful places: St. Tropez, France, and St. Martin, French Caribbean. At nineteen, Estelle had her own catering business and passed her scuba diving instructor certification. At twenty-two, she left for Phuket, Thailand, where she spent four years working as a diving instructor and underwater model.
She did cross the Atlantic Ocean twice in a 72-foot sailing boat and swam with the wild whales.
Estelle spent 3 years in South India, mostly in a cave, meditating, and in a nearby village, making and teaching deejeridoo, which is an Australian music instrument. She also lived in Australia and Israel where she discovered the Thorah and the Kaballah. She is the author of the book, The Mermaid Chef: How to Give the Party of Your Dreams.
