Chip will start his 19th year at KW in May. During his career he has either directly or through
his team closed around 1000 transactions totaling over $250 million in volume and nearly $7
million in commissions. In his leadership roles at KW he created one of the top PC programs
at KW developing over 40 cappers and future KW leaders. He then moved to the Team
Leader role and created the #1 most profitable KW office worldwide 5 years in a row .
During this time Chip has helped hundreds of agents grow profitable businesses whether
they were brand new to the industry or new to KW. He recruited over 1000 agents to KW
during his 5 years as TL and has helped agents generate over $180 million on commissions
since 2012. As an agent, he has also served on ALC, regional ALC and IALC representing the
Carolinas region. Currently, he is the OP of the Mt Pleasant MC in Charleston SC and also has
a PC leverage program designed to help PC programs. Chip has a deep knowledge of KW
models and systems and helps agents utilize these in their businesses to achieve the goals
they desire. Before launching his successful real estate career, Chip spent 15 years in the
airline business in various operational and corporate roles.
