Resham, started her Real Estate career in 2006 and was named "Rookie of the Year" in her first year by closing $16.8 million. She left real estate to become the COO for a successful 8 year stint in the Corporate space before returning to real estate in 2016.
Resham joined Keller Williams Village Square realty in 2017 as an ATL for the Ridgewood office which was ranked #13 in profitability worldwide. Since taking on the Team Leader role, Resham was able to take the office to the #3 Market Center Worldwide in 2020. The numbers speak for themselves - 2,190 units sold, $1.3 Billion in Volume, $32 Million in GCI and $1.179 Million in Profit Share. With a systematic, well-designed vision in mind, Resham considers her team to be her biggest asset. She is confident that with the powerhouse team behind her, getting to #1 is a question of when and not if.
