Garry Adelman is one of the most widely recognised American Civil War historians in the world. He has appeared on numerous Civil War–related television programmes for the History Channel and serves as Vice President of the Center for Civil War Photography. Garry is also a licensed battlefield guide at Gettysburg National Military Park. In addition, he is the Chief Historian of the American Battlefield Trust, where you’ll regularly see him featured in their excellent YouTube content.
