Lee McKinney of New Covenant Fellowship presented a message, mission
of the church, in the We Are One sermon series. The church is God’s plan
from the beginning, and our mission is imperative. That mission is to
advance His Kingdom to all nations. The church is the line in the sand. We
have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to restrain evil. He is with us, and
evil cannot win! We are the Glory of Christ, and our delight is found in Him.
Our lives are to be living sacrifices, and the world sees us. We are the bride
of Christ, and one day we will be with Him in the fullness of His Glory. We
are the church, and we still have work to do!
