This episode of Career-view Mirror is brought to you by Aquilae.
Aquilae exists to close the gap between actual performance and available performance in the mobility industry, internationally.
What do we mean by actual performance and available performance?
Every individual, every team, every organisation has a level of performance that is available to them right now and, typically, a lower level of performance that they are actually experiencing. We call the gap between the two levels of performance, the Underperformance Gap. Our Aquilae Performance Model recognises the four factors that contribute to performance and helps you identify how to get closer to your available performance and close that Underperformance Gap.
