Description

Brett is the General Manager of MINI Australia and New Zealand. His career in automotive has included retail sales and financial services as well as regional management.

In our conversation, he shares openly about how he came into the industry, having initially trained as a plumber, and the journey he is on. He talks about what motivated him at first and what motivates him now, his unusual choice of initial leadership role model and his experiences developing his own leadership style since then.

Brett is full of energy, humility and has a strong sense of humour, mostly at his own expense. In this honest and often entertaining conversation you'll hear about how he plays to his strengths, his love of cars, his ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders and his personal drive to create a fulfilling role for himself and a happy life for his family.

Brett's experiences are unique but the lessons are transferable. I look forward to hearing what resonates with you.
