Description

Eva is a startup executive and board advisor in FinTech, Mobility, AutoFinance, Digital and Strategy. She’s working as a client partner for Otoz Mobility in California, as an executive advisor USA for the Twinner Group in Berlin and also holds an advisory position with Way.com in San Francisco.

Prior to that, she served as the Senior Director of Strategy at Fair, a Santa Monica-based tech company pioneering the Car as a Service (CaaS) subscription model in the mobility space. There, Eva closely worked with the Co-founder and President since Fair’s early stage in 2017.

Eva served previously as a vice president at Ricardo Strategic Consulting and worked in this capacity with the C suites of major OEMs in Europe, Japan and the US. Before moving back to Germany in 2019, Eva was living and working in Santa Monica, Washington, D.C. and Paris.

In Eva's episode, we talk about her early life growing up in rural Germany but travelling internationally to play in junior tennis championships and how a business degree gave her a broad understanding and made management consulting an attractive choice of career. Eva shares her experiences of working on international projects and through her stories sheds light on what is required to succeed in that field. And not surprisingly given where Eva's career journey has taken her, we talk about the latest innovations in mobility.

I am proud to be able to introduce you to Eva and I trust you'll find her career journey inspiring and insightful. As always, I'll be delighted to hear what resonates with you.
