Nicola is currently Senior Manager Partnership Development at Black Horse Finance the motor finance arm of Lloyds Banking Group here in the UK. She's spent 17 years with Lloyds Banking Group in a variety of roles including operations management, account management and now partnership development for the automotive industry.
In our conversation we talk about how she's taken ownership of her career with the bank, been conscious of her own appetite to progress and developed her network deliberately to help her make the moves she wanted to make.
I always enjoy my conversations with Nicola and I'm pleased to be able to introduce her to you in this episode. I look forward to hearing what you take away from it.

This episode of Career-view Mirror is brought to you by Aquilae.
Aquilae exists to close the gap between actual performance and available performance in the mobility industry, internationally.
What do we mean by actual performance and available performance?
Every individual, every team, every organisation has a level of performance that is available to them right now and typically a lower level of performance that they are actually experiencing. We call the gap between the two levels of performance, the Underperformance Gap. Our Aquilae Performance Model recognises the four fundamental contributors to performance and helps you identify how to get closer to your available performance and close that Underperformance Gap.
