I'm grateful to him for this conversation in which we discuss his career journey and the many lessons he has learned along the way, but also openly talk about some of the methods that he and his wife Mary use for proactively designing their life.
I hope that by listening to our conversation and maybe discussing it with your colleagues, friends and mentors, you will also be able to learn valuable lessons from Paul's experiences.
We have recently started breaking these long form podcasts into chapters, a bit like an audio book, to help you to get the most from all the material. The chapter functionality works on certain podcast streaming platforms, including Apple Podcasts.
I'm excited to share this conversation with you, it contains some powerful leadership and life lessons. At the end, I'll share with you some insights that I observed from Paul's journey and I'll be interested to know what resonates with you.
