Do you have to be fit to ride?

Does it even matter how you fuel your body

What goes in must go out, right?

These are actual thoughts I’ve had floating between my ears. Really trying to figure out if nutrition is necessary to excel inside a respective action sport. But at the end of the day, if you feel like crap, can’t sleep right, and have twinkies sitting on your night stand, probably should look at changing a few habits that you’ve developed. (Just hide the twinkies under the bed next time!)

Stoked to have Mitch Robinson on the podcast. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the health side of the industry. I was not ready to unpack what was unpacked in this episode but we are sure glad we did! We learned more than we expected about nutrition especially how it directly impacts our passion of riding. Mitch has been in the fitness industry for many years and he is built like a tank! But don’t let the muscles fool you, this guy can lap even some of the most advanced riders on the track. 

Today is especially good to take notes. You won’t want to miss this.
