In this final episode of the season, my sister Kimberly Elledge and I are back with another Livin' on the El-Ledge conversation, and this one dives deep into addiction, attachment styles, and procrastination.

We talk about how procrastination can be part of the addiction cycle and a form of self-sabotage that keeps us stuck. I also share honestly about some of the limiting beliefs that came up for me this year and how I reminded myself (and you!) that we can all f**ing do it.*
