Coming from a place of empathy, experience, and understanding, I share my perspective on relapse and why it’s essential to remove the shame and secrecy that often surround it. No one is perfect, and for some people, relapse is part of their process and recovery journey.

I talk about what we can learn from relapse, how to approach it with compassion, and why it’s so important to focus on what we can control, because at the end of the day, we are only guaranteed today.

Recovery is not about never falling — it’s about always getting back up.
