I have been a Believer for over 40 years and I can still vividly recall the very first day (night) that I became a new creation in Christ! That first night that I accepted Christ as my savior was amazing and emotional! It was a 4 month spiritual journey between me and the Holy Spirit to get to this conversion point in time. When I woke up the next morning I KNEW I was different. Not just emotionally different. I was literally spiritually and physically different. My mind and my heart were changed when I got born-again. Now again, I did NOT wake up the next morning perfectly changed...but nevertheless...I knew that I had been changed. As a brand new Believer in Christ the Holy Spirit immediately began convicting me of things that I KNEW that I was doing that were NOT righteous. I woke up that first morning as a new creation in Christ knowing that I needed to share the Gospel of Christ with my unsaved friends and family. I immediately started to read my Bible. A Book that just a few months prior to my conversion I could care less about! As a new Believer in Christ I did NOT know any other Believers. I didn't even know what a Bible Christian was until months after I was saved. Anyways...I could go on and on and on with the spiritual and physical changes that took place in my life (thru the power of the Holy Spirit), simply because I truly got saved and was a new creature in Christ! So, where are you at with the Lord these days? If you profess to be born-again...how are those spiritual and physical changes going in your life? Are there continual changes in your life as a Believer? Are you sure you are a true, blood-bought Believer? Please listen to the podcast.
