We have a roundtable discussion where we each discuss things we like and don’t like about the show.  We also suggest ideas for future changes.

• Sometimes we get too off-topic.
• We make fun of Peter too much.
• Steroid jokes.
• Inside jokes.
• Not enough Sarah.
• Need to be better listeners.
• Easily distracted.
• Focus more on actionable items for our listeners.

Things we like:

• Our friendship is obvious.
• Variety.
• Authentic.

Possible Changes:

• Add a Facebook Group for community engagement.
• Fix the above.
• More interviews.
