Peter discusses judgement and how the blood of Jesus is the price paid for our forgiveness.
"Penal Substitution Atonement" is the fancy way of saying Jesus died for our sins.. Peter tells the Christians to not fear judgment because Jesus has paid the ransom required to pay for sin.
