On this episode of the Shed Geek Podcast Shannon speaks with Peter Miller of Miller Sheds in Dalton, GA, and Peter Boyle of Crossroads Sheds in Acadia, FL. Peter Miller discusses getting started in the industry by connecting with Peter Boyle, and how things have progressed since he first began his career as a shed seller.
Both Boyle, and Miller discuss the difference in an order taker versus a professional shed seller, how to overcome ebbs and flows, the difference is preparing as a shed seller versus the owner of a sales lot who has to oversee salespeople. There is discussion of sales ratios and the need to better connect shed sellers to harvest a more fruitful industry.
