It is week five in our Chakra Series and I am so so excited about this episode!
Throat Chakra is a huge place of focus for many of my clients. Why? Because we are trained to be quiet! We are trained to use our voices only appropriately and when necessary. We learn if we are too loud, too quiet, too rude, too honest. We chat too much, speak too much, don't chat enough, don't say the right things, we say too many wrong things, we have too much attitude, we say no all the time, we say yes all the time... on and on and on!
