This episode is a meditation practice made simple. Meditation is meant to be easy and simple. It has a simple purpose - to liberate the mind. To bring peace, freedom and contentment to your mind. It is mind training. it is not a comfortable practice (hence the word 'practice' - we are simply trying, training and learning). 

Meditation is for everyone.
If you want to train yourself out of stress, overthinking, anxiety, being absorbed with the highest of highs and lowest of lows of life and discontentment with life - this is the practice for you.
