In this episode, we go through my favourite I AM Self Love Affirmations. These affirmations will help you welcome more self love and trust into your life. If we spend the majority of our day speaking to ourselves with a lot of self judgment and criticism then we are continuously walking those negative self belief pathways in the brain. What these affirmations do is help to reprogram any negative self beliefs. We want to welcome in self love so that we can develop a beautiful relationship with ourselves. 

You can use this episode in a meditation practice or while you're going about your day. The key with affirmations is repetition so if these affirmations feel good for you, continue to use this episode daily for 2 weeks.
