Making it to the NFL as an undrafted free agent is no small feat. And now, that experience has landed right in our community.
In this episode of Right Down the Street, Mayor Bryan Barnett sits down with nine-year NFL veteran Frank Zombo. After starring at Central Michigan University, Zombo earned a spot on the Green Bay Packers roster as an undrafted free agent in 2010, winning Super Bowl XLV in his rookie season before spending six years with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Now retired from the NFL, Zombo serves as the Director of Football for the Stoney Creek Junior Cougars, where he uses his pro background to mentor local youth athletes and help build a great team culture.
