The Power of the Beat (Goes On) is the second run of Portsmouth poetry's ground-breaking innovative educational project which uses rap, performance poetry, dance and music to engage young people (Year 9: 14-15 years) and release their creativity and talent funded by Arts Council England and Portsmouth Creates.
